At Ultimate Training Center, we understand and cater to the diverse needs of our clientele. Some may want to study one discipline, others many. Ranging from Brazilian jiu-jitsu to submission grappling, wrestling and kickboxing/Muay Thai, we offer a staff that is second to none in Sacramento area.

Through training in these martial arts, you will dramatically increase physical fitness while increasing self-esteem, focus, discipline and mental blocks. MMA training is especially effective for helping youths and women develop self-defense strategies that can greatly increase their sense of confidence and feeling safe in situations where the lack of it can feel like a burden in itself, cloud judgment and impair decision making-processes.
